The client was seeking to create a high-impact leadership development program that also delivered meaningful results to the business. The end result was a multi-month program that uses design thinking as its basis for project success. Drawing on a pool of high potential senior directions and vice presidents across this investment bank, we designed a program that drew on their skills and grew and stretched them in ways that will help them become tomorrow’s leaders.
Combined with the leader development, this approach also seeded the organization with the design thinking method so that an ever-increasing pool of talent could be drawn into the effort and be developed, too. The end result: big results for the business.
