When the technology giant Hewlett-Packard decided to split itself into two separate business entities, HPE the enterprise-focused business decided to focus its innovation efforts. Working in partnership with OI Engine, the technology platform spin-off from design powerhouse IDEO, and best practice business simulation provider ExperiencePoint, Primed Consulting provided on-the-ground facilitation and coaching skills to enable the rapid deployment and application of design thinking. Together we created Leaders in Learning internally who could support, sustain, and drive the implementation of design thinking practices. We also provided the effective transfer of skills so that these efforts could be sustained over the long term giving teams the skills necessary to grow the enterprise of the future.
